Connect Staffing is hiring a General Laborer for a vinyl graphics and converting manufacturer in Placentia, CA. This is a temp-to-hire 1st shift position paying $19.00/hr. In this role, you will build boxes for shop orders, pack finished goods with materials and labels, and support slitter operators on the converting floor. Overtime is required, and the schedule includes weekend availability.

Responsibilities
- Build boxes to spec for active shop orders using a tape machine.
- Pack finished goods with correct materials and labels using a label printer.
- Locate and pull raw materials needed for packaging operations.
- Assist slitter operators with converting department tasks as directed.
- Maintain work pace consistent with department production flow.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a converting, printing, or vinyl graphics manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with packaging workflows including labeling and finished goods processing.
- Experience supporting machine operators or working alongside production equipment.
- Ability to read and follow shop order documentation and work instructions.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including rotating days off and weekends.
