Connect Staffing is hiring a General Laborer for an outdoor living products manufacturer in Buena Park, CA. This is a long-term placement position paying $17/hr on a Monday–Friday day shift schedule. In this role, you will load and unload materials, support the production process using basic machinery and tools, and inspect finished products for defects. Saturday availability and overtime are required when needed.

Responsibilities
- Feed roof panels through a lamination machine.
- Work with a teammate to lift and transport large outdoor living space panels.
- Team lift long and awkward hollow metal structural pieces.
- Move materials and finished products safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
- Inspect products and components for defects and report quality issues to supervisors.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, remove debris, and store tools and equipment properly.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 months of experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with basic production or assembly tasks in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with quality inspection or visual defect checking.
- Background in outdoor products, furniture, or building materials manufacturing.
- Exposure to woodworking, metalworking, or composite material handling
- Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.
- Experience keeping work areas clean and organized in a production environment.

Pre-Employment Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
