A respected law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal with strong experience supporting complex commercial litigation matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience working with high-level attorneys on sophisticated cases. Candidates with prior experience at an AmLaw 200 or similarly large, complex litigation practice are strongly preferred.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative litigation team on high-stakes matters while playing a critical role in case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys in all phases of complex commercial litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal
Manage large-scale document production, discovery, and e-discovery workflows
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses
Conduct legal research, cite checking, and fact investigation
Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and litigation databases
Coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, and court personnel
Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
Manage deadlines, court filings, and docketing in federal and state courts
Prepare trial binders, exhibit lists, and witness materials
Qualifications
5 years of litigation paralegal experience, with a focus on complex commercial litigation
Experience supporting attorneys in large law firm or AmLaw-style environments strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of federal and state court procedures
Experience managing large document productions and discovery projects
Proficiency with litigation support tools and Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority matters
Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
Paralegal certificate or relevant legal experience preferred
