Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse associates on the floor and provide performance and attendance coaching.
- Conduct safety walks throughout the warehouse to identify and address compliance issues.
- Maintain and update candidate rosters and post job orders in TempWorks ATS.
- Place recruitment ads on the Facebook company page and manage applicant outreach and high-volume calls.
- Onboard new associates and conduct new hire orientations, including early-morning sessions.
- Travel between the client site and branch office up to two days per week to support sourcing and staffing operations.
- 1 year of staffing, workforce coordination, or recruiting experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (bilingual).
- Experience using TempWorks ATS or a similar applicant tracking system for job order management and candidate tracking.
- Familiarity with ADP or a comparable HR platform for data entry and workforce recordkeeping.
- Experience managing high-volume applicant pipelines and maintaining ready-to-start candidate rosters.
- Background in social media recruiting, particularly posting and managing job ads on Facebook.
- Experience working onsite at a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing facility.
- Ability to build and maintain working relationships with client supervisors and HR staff.
