TMC Staffing is seeking An Onsite Staffing Coordinator to act as a bridge between TMC and our client company, working directly at the client warehouse to manage a high-volume contract workforce.
2nd shift- 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Core Responsibilities
- Workforce Management: Oversee daily operations, including shift check-ins, attendance tracking, and conducting daily "start-up" meetings.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and interview candidates for open roles, then manage their orientation and safety training.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client's management team to anticipate staffing needs and resolve operational issues.
- Payroll & Administration: Audit timekeeping records, and maintain accurate employee files.
- Performance & Safety: Conduct floor walkthroughs to ensure safety compliance (PPE), manage employee relations (coaching, counseling), and handle workers' compensation incidents.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly staffing reports regarding headcount, turnover, and productivity.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: requires 1–2 years in staffing, recruitment, or supervisory roles within a fast-paced environment like logistics or production.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills are vital for mediating between workers and management. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a large, diverse team while making quick, independent decisions.
Salary : $19 - $22
