TMC Staffing is seeking a highly adaptable and detail-oriented Staffing Specialist who can effectively support full-cycle recruiting efforts while also flexing into an Onsite Representative role as business needs demand. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable working across 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends when necessary.
Recruiting & Staffing Support:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate, up-to-date candidate records
- Coordinate interviews, job offers, and pre-employment processes
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Onsite Representative Duties (as needed):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client and contingent workforce at assigned site(s)
- Monitor attendance, track performance, and address employee concerns in real time
- Conduct orientations, safety briefings, and ongoing workforce engagement activities
- Collaborate with client leadership to ensure staffing levels meet operational demands
- Support conflict resolution and employee relations issues with professionalism and urgency
Qualifications:
Schedule & Flexibility:
- Ability to work flexible hours across 1st and 2nd shifts
- Availability to work weekends as required to support client operations
- Willingness to transition between recruiting and onsite responsibilities based on business needs
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving mindset with a high level of accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-volume staffing or light industrial environments
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Prior onsite workforce management experience
