Pay Range: $105,000 - $115,000 base salary plus bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Month end close
- Financial statement
- Investment level audits
- Property level financials
- Variance analysis
- Accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Mentor and develop staff
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3-7 years of accounting experience, real estate, investment, or private equity
- Yardi experience
Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
