Senior Director, Finance
Location: Watertown, MA | 4 days/week onsite
Supporting a $1-5B global business group within a Fortune 1000 leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead FP&A, forecasting, strategic planning, and business performance management across the group
- Partner with senior executives to evaluate financial performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities
- Translate complex financial and operational issues into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership
- Support finance transformation, restructuring, and divestiture-related initiatives
- Evaluate growth investments, M&A opportunities, and value-creation initiatives
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
Candidate Profile
- Significant finance leadership experience supporting a $500M business, P&L, or multi-division organization
- Strong background in FP&A, strategic finance, and executive business partnership
- Experience operating within a large, global, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior executives
- Experience with transformation, restructuring, M&A, and/or manufacturing finance strongly preferred
