Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Des Plaines, IL (Hybrid - 4 days in office)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Pay Range: $90,000 - $95,000 base salary plus bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the month-end close process
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
- Analyze revenue, cost of goods sold, and inventory to identify trends, and variances
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- 4 years of manufacturing accounting experience
