Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000 base salary plus bonus

- Journal entries
- Month-end close
- Leases
- CAM recs
- Monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
- Reconcile cash
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Annual audits and tax filings
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- CPA preferred
- 1-4 years in real estate accounting
- Yardi experience
