Overview:
Seeking an experienced Interim Controller to oversee accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, forecasting, and team leadership, during a transitional period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month?end/year?end close and prepare financial statements
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis
- Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls
- Supervise and support accounting staff
- Assist with audits and improve accounting processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership
- Strong ERP and Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
