Position: Interim Director of Finance (Contract)
Location: Greater Cincinnati, OH (On-Site)
Compensation: $75–100/hr

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Interim Director of Finance to lead financial operations for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This contract role will oversee forecasting, P&L ownership, financial reporting, and team leadership across multiple business units. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong ERP and Excel skills, able to deliver insights that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare short- and long-term financial plans, forecasts, and analyses.
- Manage P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and monthly reporting for senior leadership.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability to support decision-making.
- Lead and develop finance team members, providing coaching and guidance.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders on pricing, capital requests, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with government and corporate accounting standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership/management experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing.
- Expertise in forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Strong experience with ERP systems
- U.S. Citizenship required.
