Inside Sales Specialist (Temp-to-Hire)

Compensation: $30–$32 per hour, based on experience

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to manage full-cycle B2B sales within a local territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle B2B sales within the trucking/freight industry
- Develop and grow a local territory (SE Wisconsin)
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Travel locally for client visits after training
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (trucking/freight preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage a territory independently
