Job Title: Fund Accounting & Reporting Manager
Location: Chicago, IL (3 days onsite)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Pay Range: $150,000 - $160,000 base salary plus 15% bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee/Manage staff
- Manage funds consolidation process
- Review cap calls, distributions, and uncalled commitments
- Review management fees
- Review waterfalls
- Review investor reports
- Review fund partnership agreements
- Review fund-level key performance metrics
- Coordinate and lead annual fund audits
- Manage and coach direct reports
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA highly preferred
- Minimum of 8 accounting experience (private equity or REITs)
- Big 4 or mid-tier audit experience preferred
