Job Title: Controller
Location: Kenosha, WI (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Pay Range: $180,000 - $210,000 base salary plus 20-25% bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and mentor the accounting team
- Own the full month-end close cycle
- Prepare and deliver financial reporting packages
- Partner with finance and operations to provide actionable financial insights
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Support due integration and reporting activities
- Consolidate reporting across multiple entities
- Audit, Tax and banking relationships
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- CPA required
- Minimum of 8 progressive accounting experience
- Experience in a private equity-backed environment
- Background in manufacturing and/or distribution strongly preferred
