Job Title: Controller
Location: Rosemont, IL (4 days onsite)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Pay Range: $175,000 - $200,000 base salary plus 15% bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- All accounting functions are align with GAAP
- Internal financial reporting
- Internal controls
- Improve accounting policies and practices
- Optimize accounting process efficiency
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and lead the month-end close process
- Lead the consolidation of entities
- Prepare and review weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA required
- Minimum of 8 progressive accounting experience
- Experience in US GAAP technical accounting and consolidation/eliminations processes
