What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Connect Search, LLC?
I’m working on an exciting Controller position for one of my publicly traded clients headquartered in the western suburbs. The company is very profitable and growing! The position reports to the VP and will manage a staff of 8 direct reports responsible for all facets of accounting, variance analysis, payroll, AP/AR, and SOX/internal controls.
- Manufacturing industry experience with a company of $100 million or greater; publicly traded company experience would be a plus
- Strong ERP system experience
- 5 years of experience in a Controller role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid work history
Salary : $175,000 - $210,000
