We’re looking for an analytical, numbers-driven Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. In this role, you’ll manage key accounts, analyze data and order trends, prepare quotes, and help ensure that production and delivery run smoothly. You’ll also have a direct hand in maintaining long-term client relationships, improving account performance, and supporting our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear communication and timely response to client inquiries and concerns
• Analyze customer data, order history, and forecasts to anticipate future needs, proactively address potential issues, and recommend tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal departments including production, logistics, and finance to coordinate accurate order processing, resolve issues, and meet delivery timelines
• Prepare detailed quotes, evaluate pricing structures, and maintain accurate account documentation and reports
• Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase sales volume, improve service, and strengthen long-term partnerships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 6 months of internship or professional experience in a business, sales, or customer service environment preferred
• Strong math skills and an analytical mindset are a must
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
