Summary
Connect Search is hiring a Manufacturing Manager in Madison.
Responsibilities
- Lead product and equipment validations, using enhanced data analysis to ensure performance, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for customer engineering teams, offering technical documentation, on-site support, and process insights.
- Own the qualification and implementation of alternate raw materials, driving innovation and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement of formulations and production procedures for better performance and repeatability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in medical packaging — including sustainability, materials innovation, and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with manufacturing on equipment commissioning, process optimization, and technology integration.
- Serve as a key member of plant leadership teams to overcome technical challenges and meet operational goals.
- Lead the pre-press and graphics function, ensuring high-quality specifications and visual accuracy.
- Manage, mentor, and empower a team of technical professionals — fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field required (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or similar preferred).
- 7 years of experience in technical roles supporting manufacturing, preferably in regulated industries (medical, pharma, or food).
- 2 years of leadership experience managing technical or engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of raw materials, validation protocols, and process optimization.
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory and customer-specific requirements.
Salary : $120,000 - $145,000
