A manufacturing company I work with in New Berlin is seeking an Accounting/Financial Analyst to support a recent ERP implementation and drive process improvement initiatives. This role will look to improve reporting, streamline accounting processes, and support month-end close activities. There is one day remote offered, four days onsite. This is a contracted position; 60-90 days, potentially longer.
Responsibilities
- Improve and clean up accounting/finance processes
- Support month-end close and reconciliations
- Perform financial analysis and reporting
- Develop SQL-based reports and dashboards
- Document processes and create SOPs
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements
- Partner cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and operations teams
Requirements
- Strong process improvement experience
- Advanced ERP, reporting, and systems skills
- SQL database/reporting experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Manufacturing experience preferred

Salary : $50 - $60
