Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages and optimizes daily service schedules, utilizing scheduling software to ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely service delivery.
- Provides outstanding customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with customers, field technicians, and internal teams, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Applies excellent time management to prioritize urgent requests, resolve scheduling conflicts, and adapt to unforeseen changes without compromising service quality.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date service records and schedules, showcasing superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Identifies and resolves scheduling challenges and customer concerns promptly, utilizing effective problem-solving abilities to maintain operational flow.
- Ensures all booking details, customer information, and service requirements are accurately captured and processed, exhibiting keen attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- One year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Knowledge/Skills
- Demonstrates proficiency in scheduling software and other relevant office applications.
- Provides exceptional customer service, building positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, utilizing strong communication skills.
- Manages multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, showcasing excellent time management.
- Organizes complex information and schedules with superior organizational skills.
- Identifies and resolves scheduling conflicts and operational issues with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ensures accuracy and completeness in all scheduling tasks, demonstrating keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a service-oriented industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
