Schedule:
- Night shifts and weekends
- Monday through Thursday: 3 pm - 8 pm
- Friday: 3 pm - 6 pm
- Saturday/Sunday 10 am - 4 pm

WHAT THIS APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ROLE ENTAILS:
You serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, greeting each caller with a warm and professional demeanor that sets the tone for a positive experience. You skillfully navigate through your structured systems, making approximately 250 outbound dials throughout the day, engaging with homeowners and addressing their needs with care and expertise. Each conversation is an opportunity to understand their vision, and with efficiency, you schedule appointments for design consultants to visit within 72 hours, ensuring a seamless process. You thrive on the challenge, consistently achieving a minimum of 4 set appointments daily, knowing that your efforts help turn homeowners' dreams into reality.
