As an Automotive Finance Manager, you play a pivotal role in our dealership's success, guiding customers through the financial aspects of their vehicle purchase or lease. Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages the entire Finance & Insurance (F&I) process, presenting a full range of financing options and aftermarket products to customers.
• Secures vehicle financing and leasing agreements through various financial institutions, ensuring competitive rates and terms.
• Conducts thorough credit analysis for customers, identifying suitable lenders and preparing necessary documentation.
• Collaborates closely with the sales team to support the vehicle sales process, ensuring a smooth transition from vehicle selection to finance.
• Provides exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building lasting relationships.
• Ensures strict compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing automotive sales and financing.
• Negotiates financing terms and product sales with customers, always striving for mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Leverages deep automotive industry knowledge to inform customers about current market conditions, product benefits, and financial trends.
• Utilizes the Dealership Management System (DMS) efficiently for processing transactions, tracking deals, and generating reports.
• Trains and mentors sales staff on effective F&I presentation techniques and compliance standards.
• Monitors and analyzes F&I performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive F&I or a related financial services role.
• Proven track record of success in sales and customer service within the automotive industry.

Knowledge/Skills

• Expertise in Finance & Insurance (F&I) products, services, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of vehicle leasing programs and calculations.
• Proficiency in credit analysis and working with various lending institutions.
• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on ethical practices.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive finance compliance and regulations.
• Solid understanding of the automotive industry and market dynamics.
• Proficient in using Dealership Management System (DMS) software and other relevant financial tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• F&I certification from a recognized automotive industry organization.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a dealership.

Physical Requirements/Work Conditions

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other office equipment.
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet business needs.
• Works in a professional office environment within a dealership setting.
