Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with financing and insurance options
- Present and explain F&I products and services
- Maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with all regulations and company policies
- Train and Lead Sales professionals on F & I Products and presentation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, insurance, and compliance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
