Job Summary:We are looking for a senior Workday SME / Techno-Functional Lead with strong hands-on expertise across Workday HCM, Payroll, and Benefits to lead enterprise implementations, enhancements, and system optimization.
This role blends deep technical delivery with functional partnership, working closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business stakeholders to design scalable Workday solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the Workday SME for HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Workday Extend

Lead end-to-end Workday implementations, enhancements, and optimizations

Design and develop Workday Integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Cloud Connect)

Build and enhance Workday Extend applications (UI components, business logic, deployment)

Develop and optimize Workday Reporting (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, dashboards)

Design and manage Workday PRISM Analytics datasets and pipelines

Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

Ensure compliance with organizational standards, payroll regulations, and data security

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder coordination
