We provide Global Workforce Solutions with affability.Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled DevOps / Infrastructure Automation Engineer to design, build, and manage scalable infrastructure and deployment automation solutions. In this role, you will work closely with architecture and engineering teams, either independently or as a technical lead, to deliver reliable, cloud-native and on-prem infrastructure platforms. This position offers hands-on ownership, exposure to modern DevOps practices, and opportunities to contribute to development when required.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain infrastructure and deployment automation solutions.Work independently or lead a team on complex infrastructure automation initiatives.Collaborate with architecture teams to define scalable and resilient infrastructure designs.Build and manage environments using Terraform, GitOps workflows, and Kubernetes.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines following industry best practices.Support and manage on-prem infrastructure and database environments.Work across public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.Contribute to development efforts using Golang and Python when required.Apply SRE and observability principles to ensure system reliability and performance.Align with stakeholders on expectations, timelines, and delivery outcomes, ensuring commitments are met.QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with Terraform, GitOps, and Kubernetes.Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and best practices.Experience working with on-prem infrastructure and databases.Exposure to one or more major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.Proficiency or working knowledge of Golang and Python.Prior experience in observability and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).Preferred ExperienceExperience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terragrunt and Pulumi.Previous experience leading or managing DevOps teams.Experience managing GPU-based infrastructure and nodes.Prior involvement in AI/ML-driven projects or platforms.Previous software development experience in Go and/or Python.Relevant certifications in Kubernetes and Terraform.Founded in 2014, ConglomerateIT is a global leader in delivering innovative IT solutions and services.
