Seeking a Project Scheduler with experience in engineering/construction project management, owning full project life cycles within substation construction. Expertise in EPC project delivery, project management control systems (scheduling, estimating, cost control, procurement, business development), and high-voltage substations is required. Must be proficient in Primavera P6 at an expert level. Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate with project managers, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and procurement teams. Self-motivated, decisive, and adaptable professionals with experience in cross-functional project teams are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and present all project schedules using Primavera
- coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure schedule accuracy
- act as a reviewer to identify and correct schedule logic errors
- perform time impact analyses
- support schedule-related correspondence and change order management
- generate monthly reporting metrics
- ensure contract milestones are included and documented
- manage cross-organizational coordination (sales, procurement, engineering, construction, commissioning)
- document events affecting schedule, scope, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years scheduling experience in engineering/construction
- expert Primavera P6 skills
- knowledge of EPC project delivery methods
- high-voltage substations, and project management control systems
- strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- ability to work in hybrid mode (3 days onsite/office).
