The Senior HR Manager is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for shaping workforce strategy, performance management, and people operations in support of long-term business growth. This role partners closely with executive leadership to ensure the organization has the right talent, structure, and performance frameworks in place to scale effectively, while maintaining a strong, values-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead workforce planning initiatives, including organizational design, headcount modeling, succession planning, and future-state talent needs aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess team structure, role clarity, capacity, and performance to drive productivity and accountability.
• Design, implement, and continuously evolve performance management frameworks, including goal setting, feedback cycles, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Translate business strategy into people strategies, providing data-driven insights and recommendations on talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on performance issues, talent gaps, and capability development.
• Lead change management efforts related to organizational growth, restructures, and evolving performance expectations.
• Oversee employee relations and performance improvement processes with a consistent, fair, and business-minded approach.
• Partner with Finance and leadership on headcount planning, labor budgeting, and cost optimization.
• Analyze and report on workforce metrics including headcount, turnover, performance outcomes, and engagement trends.
• Ensure HR programs and policies support performance, accountability, and scalability while remaining compliant with employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to ensure alignment across the employee lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience with a strong emphasis on strategic HR leadership.
• Proven experience leading workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management at a growing company.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to financial and operational outcomes.
• Experience partnering closely with executive and senior leadership teams.
• Highly analytical and comfortable working with data, models, and metrics to inform decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through change and ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in multi-site, high-growth, or complex organizations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) a plus.
