What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN MDS Director - Multi-Site Clinical Reimbursement position at Confidential?
We are hiring an experienced MDS and case mix expert to lead clinical reimbursement at our 60-bed Georgia center and provide audit and oversight support to our South Carolina center. You will own the MDS process at Buchanan and be the person accountable for the accuracy of our case mix index. On top of that, you will audit and support the MDS team at our SC center.

We are open to considering a strong Facility MDS Director who is ready to take the next step into their first multi-site leadership role. Prior regional experience is not required. What we are looking for is a proven MDS professional with a strong understanding of the RAI process and a true expertise in Case-Mix Index (CMI).
Schedule
- 4 days per week on-site at Buchanan, GA
- Remaining days remote
- Scheduled travel to our SC center as needed, estimated once a month
Requirements
- Active RN license. Multistate compact license preferred,
- 3 years in MDS, with real depth in case mix and Medicaid reimbursement
- RAC-CT or equivalent strongly preferred
- Working command of current Medicaid case mix methodology and the PDPM nursing component
- Proficiency in MatrixCare
- Willing and able to travel to South Carolina on a predictable schedule

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
