Rental Agent

Join our dynamic team as a sales/rental agent and be the point of contact for prospective tenants! In this energetic role, you will leverage your negotiation skills, market analysis expertise, and customer service talent to facilitate seamless residential rental transactions. Duties

• Greet and actively communicate with prospective tenants to understand their rental needs and preferences, and provide information about available properties.
• Conduct property tours, showcasing property features and amenities.
• Process applications, collect documentation, and conduct background checks.
• Negotiate lease terms and rental offers effectively, and prepare lease agreements and renewals timely and accurately, ensuring favorable outcomes for both tenants and property owners while adhering to Fair Housing regulations.
• Coordinate move-ins and assist with move-outs.
• Collaborate with the team to issue work orders as needed.
• Maintain accurate daily records of all leasing activities.

Skills

• A Missouri Real Estate License is required. If not already licensed, must be willing to obtain a Missouri License in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and the ability to ensure compliance is helpful.
• Experience in property management or property leasing is preferred but not mandatory.
• AppFolio experience is a plus, but will train the right person.
• Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) supported by both written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have knowledge of basic office procedures and the ability to organize, and maintain client files and associated documentation.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
