Responsibilities:
- Assist the doctor during restorative, crown and bridge, endodontic, surgical, and other dental procedures
- Take digital X-rays, CBCT scans, and intraoral photos as needed
- Fabricate temporary crowns and perform duties permitted under California RDA regulations
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care
- Ensure proper sterilization and infection control procedures
- Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation
- Educate patients regarding treatment and oral hygiene
- Assist in creating a smooth and efficient patient experience
Qualifications:
- Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Current X-Ray Certification and CPR Certification
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with digital dentistry and practice management software preferred
