Quality Assurance Manager
The Quality Assurance Manager oversees the planning, development, and implementation of all quality assurance processes within the organization. This role ensures products, services, and internal operations meet established quality standards, regulatory and customer requirements. The Quality Assurance Manager provides direct leadership to the quality assurance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute all documented quality policies and procedures, while meeting the requirements of our customers.
- Provide surveillance, review, inspection and release of quality work on all production processes while measuring results against the requirements of our customers.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the QA team; support professional growth and performance management.
- Collaborate with leadership to define quality goals, metrics, and KPIs.
- Communicate QA findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and proactively.
- Track, analyze and communicate QA findings/risks and provide recommendation to stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Establish and enforce QA methodologies, test frameworks, and documentation standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (ISO).
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in quality assurance roles, including 3 years in a people leadership or managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Strong critical thinking skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a production environment, while handling multiple priorities.
- High integrity and exceptional work ethic.
- Ability to represent the organization professionally through appropriate appearance, behavior, and communication.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
