Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front office operations, including scheduling and patient check-in.
- Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and assist with billing processes.
- Monitor inventory and order office supplies as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between staff, providers, and management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of administrative experience (healthcare experience a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Prior experience in medical office management or healthcare settings is a plus but not required
