What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Director position at Confidential?
Job Summary
The Marketing Director is responsible for driving measurable revenue across all retail locations. This is a performance-first role focused on increasing:
- Customer traffic
- Conversion
- Average ticket size
- Customer frequency and retention
- Promotion effectiveness and ROI
You will lead marketing efforts across multiple states, ensuring that promotions, digital presence, and in-store execution directly impact sales. This role owns the full marketing funnel—from digital presence to marketing strategy to in-store execution—and is accountable for turning marketing efforts into real sales results. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach—strategies must reflect the realities of each local and rural market.

The Marketing Director is a key member of the team, capable of moving the brand forward.
