Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift (Lincoln, NH)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go‑to expert for repairing, maintaining, and improving equipment across the facility. What You’ll Do
- Keep machinery running smoothly by observing equipment, listening for issues, and identifying root causes
- Dismantle devices to access and replace defective parts
- Inspect parts for wear, imperfections, and dimensional changes
- Adjust, lubricate, clean, and reinstall functional components
- Test equipment performance after repairs
- Use welding tools, machine tools, and hand tools to repair equipment throughout the facility
- Perform general maintenance tasks: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenance
- Request materials and parts as needed
- Support minor electrical repairs under the plant electrician
- Handle additional maintenance duties as assigned

- Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and reliable
- Ability to push up to 75 lbs, bend, kneel, climb, and work physically throughout the shift
- Solid understanding of electrical systems and plumbing
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Experience with PVC, CPVC, and black steel pipe is a plus
Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug test
- Must be willing to work overtime
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position
Pay: $28.97 - $60.82 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
