Plating Technician I – 4th Shift (Lincoln, NH)
Base Pay: $23.58/hr
Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
Bonus: $1,000 sign‑on after 90 days (performance/attendance)

What You’ll Do
- Load/unload parts, stack, rack, unrack, clean, etch, desmut, pickle, bright‑dip, dye, degrease, heat‑treat, plate, coat, wet‑process, and dry components
- Use electric hoists and manual lifting
- Follow established processing procedures
- Fill baskets/racks/barrels and lower materials into tanks
- Remove parts after processing
- Maintain tank and work‑area cleanliness
- Monitor solution temperatures
- Complete daily production logs
- Inspect parts to ensure quality
- Perform utility work, material handling, chemical handling, solution maintenance, and recordkeeping
- Troubleshoot basic to moderate issues
- Maintain responsibility for product quality
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read/write simple instructions and correspondence
- Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages)
- Ability to follow written, oral, and diagram instructions
- Problem‑solving skills
- Basic understanding of chemistry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Physical Requirements
- Regular standing and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for tools and controls
- Occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly
- Must wear steel/composite toe shoes and long sleeves
- Must maintain required vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, focus)
