Plating Technician I – 4th Shift (Lincoln, NH)
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor Opportunity
Pay: $23.58/hr
Shift: Fri–Sun, 6 AM–6 PM
Bonus: $1,000 sign‑on after 90 days

What You’ll Do
- Load/unload parts and prep materials
- Clean, etch, pickle, dye, degrease, heat‑treat, plate, coat, and dry components
- Use electric hoists manual lifting
- Follow established processing procedures
- Keep tanks/work areas clean
- Monitor solution temperatures
- Complete daily production logs
- Inspect parts for quality
- Assist with utility work, chemical handling, troubleshooting
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read/write simple instructions
- Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages)
- Ability to follow written/oral/diagram instructions
- Basic chemistry understanding
- Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, reach, kneel, and move throughout the shift
- Must wear steel/composite toe shoes long sleeves
Pay: Up to $23.58 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
