Maintenance Operations Manager (Construction)

Locally owned commercial building maintenance and light construction company is seeking a hands-on Construction/ Maintenance Manager to oversee fast-paced, day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for a motivated leader with commercial construction or remodeling experience who thrives in a dynamic environment. Professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay organized while juggling multiple priorities are essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of general construction and building maintenance
• Prior commercial construction or remodeling experience (preferred)
• Ability to schedule, direct, and support field technicians
• Proven experience managing employees
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in time-sensitive situations
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Email)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Major Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule jobs for construction technicians
• Job costing, estimating, and project follow-up
• Develop and maintain new and existing client relationships
• Manage daily operations and field personnel
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position
• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Additional hours may be required seasonally
• Salary commensurate with experience
• Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
