RATE: $70K-$90K STRONG COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Preferred: modular storage rentals, trench decisions, shoring, pumps
Role style: Hybrid of in-office and in-field – very relationship-driven
Focus is on capturing large accounts and building long-term business
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow key accounts within the construction equipment sector
- Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintain high quality control standards
- Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Uphold our client's standard of excellence in all communications and client interactions
What You’ll Bring:
- 3 years of sales experience, ideally in construction equipment or related industries
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused and composed under pressure
