Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant
Location: Coral Gables, FL
Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid (Remote on Fridays)

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and litigation support to attorneys and paralegals.
- Prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, trials, conferences, and other litigation events.
- Coordinate and schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings, and other case-related deadlines.
- Maintain complex attorney calendars and monitor litigation deadlines.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical case files.
- Compile, organize, and manage records, exhibits, pleadings, and litigation documents.
- Prepare trial notebooks, binders, exhibits, and supporting materials.
- Draft and revise routine legal correspondence and legal documents.
- File pleadings and other documents electronically through the Florida E-Portal and Federal CM/ECF systems.
- Update case management systems and maintain accurate case status information.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors.
- Assist with additional administrative and litigation support as needed.
Qualifications
- 2β3 years of litigation legal assistant experience in a law firm.
- Strong understanding of the litigation process from inception through trial.
- Knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Experience with Florida E-Filing Portal and Federal CM/ECF electronic filing systems.
- Trial preparation experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
- Experience with litigation case management and document management software such as Litify and iManage is preferred.

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
