Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. (CSK) is seeking a skilled and driven paralegal to join our dynamic Miami office. We are defense counsel representing clients in personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, and auto accident cases. Qualifications:

Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) designation or NALA Certified Paralegal (CP) required

5 years of paralegal experience handling circuit court cases

5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Westlaw

Familiarity with Litify, iManage, or other case/document management software (preferred)
Responsibilities:
We’re looking for an experienced, organized, and self-motivated professional to assist attorneys with all phases of litigation—from inception through trial. Responsibilities include pretrial investigation, discovery support and trial preparation.
Important: This is an on-site position. Remote work is not available. Candidates must currently reside in South Florida.
