  • Manage and oversee employment-related litigation, claims, and agency charges (e.g., EEOC, DOL, and applicable state agencies)
  • Partner with HR to develop compliant and practical policies and training programs
  • Monitor legal developments in FL, AZ, NV, WA, and OK and proactively advise leadership on potential impacts for contracting, leasing, and compliance matters

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state (licensure in FL, AZ, NV, WA, or OK strongly preferred; multi-state licensure a plus)
  • 5 years of experience in employment and labor law (in-house experience strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience advising organizations operating in multiple states, including FL, AZ, NV, WA, and OK
