Key Responsibilities
- Research and draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related filings
- Analyze complex legal and factual issues in high-stakes commercial disputes
- Support all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with attorneys across complex litigation matters while managing assignments independently
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience handling complex litigation matters and motion practice
- Ability to think strategically and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
- Admission to The Florida Bar, or eligibility for admission, required
