Budget Inn is looking for friendly, outgoing, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests as they enter the hotel
- Answer phones and provide top-level customer service to all guests as directed by management
- Responsible for collecting keystroke loggers from all rooms within the property
- Responsible for logging every keystroke on the front desk into our proprietary keystroke capture system
- Responsible for monitoring rooms, identifying any issues or safety concerns, and reporting any non-standard activity to management.
- Responsible for monitoring check-in procedures, ensuring compliance, and reporting any issues.
- Responsible for monitoring check-out procedures, ensuring compliance, and reporting any issues.
- Communicate all information regarding the status of rooms to management and staff.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and files in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required. College degree preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Must be able to pass a background check including drug screening.
