Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies efficiently
- Welcome guests during late-night check-ins and check-outs with friendly, professional service
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV surveillance, to safeguard hotel premises and guest safety
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
- Handle multi-line phone systems to coordinate reservations, inquiries, and internal communications effectively
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist with front desk operations during overnight hours, including processing payments and managing guest services
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in night audit or front desk roles
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest interaction
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security
- Previous hotel experience in resort or similar hospitality environments is advantageous
