Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and strong organizational abilities. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth daily operations and a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries, with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and office supplies inventory.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff members or executives.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, updating databases, and preparing reports.
  • Support office management activities by overseeing general administrative functions and ensuring a tidy workspace.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles, preferably as a receptionist or in a front desk capacity.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and data entry skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in medical or dental reception is advantageous but not mandatory; familiarity with healthcare-related scheduling is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence combined with professional phone etiquette and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
