- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries, with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and office supplies inventory.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff members or executives.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, updating databases, and preparing reports.
- Support office management activities by overseeing general administrative functions and ensuring a tidy workspace.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles, preferably as a receptionist or in a front desk capacity.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
