What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Property Manager position at Confidential?
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential property. This role is responsible for maintaining the property, improving performance, maximizing occupancy and collections, controlling expenses, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and applicable regulations.
The Senior Property Manager will drive leasing and marketing efforts, oversee resident relations, coordinate maintenance and repairs, manage budgets, and lead the on-site team. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities, identify issues before they become problems, and consistently execute solutions.
This is a senior-level position.
The ideal candidate has experience managing multifamily communities of 300 units, including lease-up challenges, high-volume operations, occupancy challenges, delinquency/collections, and other complex property-management issues.
We are looking for someone who does more than identify problems. This person must be able to analyze the issue, develop a solution and game plan, and execute it. The Senior Property Manager will work closely with the Regional Manager to determine priorities and execute the company's business plan with minimal day-to-day oversight.
This is not a remote role.
