COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Total Compensation: $53,000–$67,000 per year
- Base salary up to $1,000/month in potential bonus opportunities
- 15 PTO days per year after 90-day probationary period
- 9 paid holidays annually

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Please note: At this time, we are ONLY considering candidates who currently live in the area or can reasonably commute to the property AND have a minimum of 3 years of previous Multi-Housing Property Manager experience.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of progressive Property Management experience, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to outstanding customer service.
You’ll work closely with office staff, maintenance teams, residents, vendors, Regional Management, and company leadership, so communication and organization are essential.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead & Manage the Community
- Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure the community is maintained to company standards.
- Manage resident concerns, maintenance requests, complaints, retention efforts, and community events.
- Lead, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
- Collaborate with other Property Managers and company leadership to improve systems and support company growth.
Drive Leasing & Marketing
- Oversee leasing and marketing activities with the Assistant Property Manager.
- Respond to and follow up with prospective resident leads.
- Conduct property tours and ensure an exceptional prospect experience.
- Maintain show units and marketing materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve occupancy and resident retention.
Oversee Maintenance & Vendors
- Coordinate maintenance staff and daily maintenance operations.
- Oversee work orders, make-readies, inspections, cleaning schedules, emergency calls, and on-call responsibilities.
- Manage purchasing and vendor relationships.
- Establish and maintain qualified vendors while negotiating appropriate pricing.
- Ensure residents receive timely follow-up regarding maintenance and service issues.
Manage Financial & Administrative Operations
- Oversee resident payments and accounts receivable.
- Complete scanned deposits of paper payments.
- Review and submit weekly invoices/accounts payable.
- Maintain accurate resident files and documentation.
- Stay actively involved in delinquencies, collections, notices, and evictions, including court appearances when necessary.
- Submit monthly collections as required.
