Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide overall direction to staff, ensuring smooth operations across assisted living and independent living programs. Maintain high standards of resident care, independence, and satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to state and federal requirements for assisted living, including licensing, documentation, and inspections. Maintain best practices for independent living operations.
- Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize financial outcomes while maintaining service quality.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff across care and hospitality functions, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Resident Care and Satisfaction: Oversee delivery of personalized support in assisted living while promoting independence and lifestyle enrichment in independent living. Partner with families and staff to ensure resident well-being.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and referral sources to strengthen visibility and occupancy.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Administrator in the state or ability to obtain licensure upon hire.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Gerontology, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
- 7 years of leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare administration.
- Demonstrated success in managing care teams, ensuring compliance, and driving occupancy growth.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget development and cost control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on resident satisfaction, staff development, and community partnerships.
