Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership by setting clear goals aligned with the organization's mission and values.

- Lead senior leadership team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across Adult and Youth Department.
- Oversee organizational operations, ensuring processes are optimized for maximum effectiveness and impact.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community members to enhance organizational reputation and influence and donations.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and expanding program reach and driving revenue.
